The Kelly Winter Access is a touring, winter tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs.

The tire offers excellent winter weather traction. The model uses its detailed directional pattern and winter compound to increase the cold temperature dry, wet and winter weather performance. The directional pattern’s high-density siping design increases the number of biting edges gripping the road surface while the tires are in motion. The winter compound keeps the rubber flexibility in cold temperatures, maintaining the tire’s excellent gripping capability. The tread area is pinned for studs, which can be added to increase the ice and snow grip. The tread’s circumferential and angled lateral grooves disperse water and slush from the footprint, effectively avoiding hydroplaning and offering a safer wet and winter grip.

The tread design upgrades its controllability with the better road contact. The directional pattern features a continuous center rib which maintains the tire’s surface contact throughout its performance, which enhances the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. The steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the driver’s commands, while the structural stability is guaranteed throughout the drive. The directional pattern’s high-density siping detail improves the braking ability. This pattern enables the tire to create friction between the tire and the road surface at the moment of braking, significantly shortening the braking distance.
