The Iris Ecoris is a touring, summer tire made for passenger cars.
This model is specially designed to offer consistent traction throughout the summer. The versatile compound and the four-rib tread pattern boost the tire’s grip in wet and dry weather. These are the most important factors when it comes to summer performance. The silica plays a huge role in keeping the rubber flexible, as the temperature fluctuates from medium to super-hot. The tread also utilizes a huge number of biting edges in the form of lateral sipes and notches. The three wide, circumferential grooves eliminate water from the footprint, guaranteeing seamless wet traction.
The tire’s tread is designed with summer traction in mind. Combined with the silica compound, it significantly reduces its rolling resistance.
